You should know that the home has an attached cottage that is also on Air Bnb. The only space that is shared is the driveway and there's a constantly locked door between the units.

Accessibility

Neighborhood

Quiet and upscale neighborhood in south San Dimas. With no through traffic, it stays very quiet and peaceful. This is an "entire place" with no common areas. However, there is separate small unit on the property with one common wall.

Guest Access

You'll have the entire home to yourself. There's a small cottage on the same property but you won't need to share any common areas except the driveway.

Find us

Please park on the right side of the driveway in front of the large garage. The second driveway space is used for the second rental unit so please leave that space available. There are two properties at this location so please walk past the door with the wood deck to find the BLUE FRONT DOOR. Please respect the guest in the adjacent property. After entering the code, turn the deadbolt and come on in! During the day, street parking is acceptable but at night the city will issue a ticket to any car parked on the street. If you need parking for more than one car overnight, you may purchase a street-parking permit for $2 that will cover you for 6 nights of parking. There's a machine where you can get the permit at 1100 Via Verde road (just 2 minutes from the home). Please feel free to use the trampoline in the backyard but play safe! The manufacturer suggests no more than one person at a time on the trampoline. If you'd like to enjoy a meal or some relaxing time outside, please find the table and chairs in the front yard.
